8th grade graduation announcement
Dear Parents,
Congratulations on having a student that will be recognized during our May 20th promotion ceremony. To make this ceremony more sentimental and personal for the students, we are going to create a special presentation that showcases their transformation. For this presentation, I will need a baby picture of your student. I can accept these pictures through email or by having a picture hand delivered with the student’s name on the back. I promise all pictures will be returned if hand delivered. To have everything prepared by our deadline, I am asking that all pictures please be received by May 11, 2015. Thank you for all of your help in making this promotion ceremony a highlight of the year for our students.
(If your student is in 8th grade choir, we are asking for 1-2 additional baby pictures as they will be doing a presentation during their 7/8 grade choir concert.)

Enrollment is open to ALL students from Wichita and surrounding areas.  We will be open from Tuesday, May 26 - Friday, August 7.  Our hours will be from 6:30am – 6:00pm weekdays. The cost is a $10 registration fee (due with enrollment) and $16/day (for 6+ hours) with a minimum requirement of paying for 2 set days a week.

Christa McAuliffe Academy Network
Welcome to McAuliffe K-8 Academy
Christa McAuliffe was a public school teacher from New Hampshire who was selected to become the first teacher in space.  Her energy and love for students and teaching made her an outstanding educator.   The possibilities are endless as to how we can incorporate her character traits,  love of science, and helping students make real life connections with the skills they are learning in our classrooms.
For a more-detailed biography of Christa McAuliffe, click on the Bio link on the left side of our page.

Christa McAuliffe is located just north of Pawnee on 143rd Street East.
